Credential rejected

Confirm the client ID, secret, and environment match the application environment. Rotate the secret if it may have been copied incorrectly.

404

Endpoint not recognized

Check that the application has registered the route and that the SDK is reporting the same HTTP method and normalized path.

No logs

Request never reached the portal

Verify SDK initialization, environment variables, network egress, and the selected organization in the portal.

Metrics empty

Traffic has not rolled up yet

Use raw logs first for immediate debugging, then return to metrics after aggregation catches up.
